If you would like to transfer your domain name out of SunStar Media's management, follow the steps below.

Option 1: To move your domain name to your own account (the transfer is free of charge), complete the following steps:

1. Create an account here: https://www.selfservehosting.net
    
2. Contact Us:
   1. We will remove the "Domain Protect" lock on your domain name, and to make sure the WHOIS data is correct and up-to-date on your domain name record.
       
   2. Let us know the Customer Number and Email Address associated with the new account created under step 1.
       
   3. We can then transfer your domain name into the new account created under step 1.
