ADA / WCAG Compliance

In the larger marketplace, lawsuits against Domino's Pizza and Target have driven this issue nationwide, with the Federal courts ruling in-favor of the visually-impaired.

Small businesses are now being threatened or sued for ADA complaince issues, both related to website structure, and also regarding the website adequetely describing physical ADA features of the business.

• Title III, those that fall under the category of "public accommodation," are covered by the ADA regulations.
