The Carmel Mission Foundation is a National Historic Landmark, established in 1771 to restore and preserve the historic buildings, grounds, and artifacts throughout the Carmel Mission. Since 2008, the Foundation has provided over $14 million to support the restoration and preservation needs throughout the Carmel Mission property.
