We just launched the 2010 race results for the 28th Annual Wildflower Triathlon, complete with digital athlete finisher certificates, sorting, searching and ASI photo links. Creating a "company page" on Facebook is easy and free, and has the potential of creating buzz for your company among Facebook members. You can add an RSS feed to your Facebook company page (which will automatically add news to your page), Facebook members can add themselves as "fans" of your company, post messages to your company "wall", etc.

One of the easiest ways spammers collect email addresses is by running automated harvesting scripts that parse web pages, looking for strings of characters that appear to be email addresses. These programs work automatically and can harvest thousands of addresses quickly.

As a test to see how secure your own address is, go to a search engine such as Google and enter your email address. If you see any page results, your email address is vulnerable to these automated harvesting programs.
